At PiercingXXL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, sealed hygiene packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, piercings can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your piercing jewelry is still in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging as we cannot accept returns on items that have been tried on for hygiene reasons.
Register Your Return
Log into your customer account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and download your personalized return shipping label.
Pack Securely
Place the sealed items back into the original box or a padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit, including a copy of your delivery note inside.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location; once received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
